50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit

A pre-authorization of AUD $300 is applied before arrival and voided three days after departure

Each stay includes a linen and towel service (included as part of the cleaning fee). This does not include beach towels.

No parties or events

No extra guests

Guests must be over 21 unless accompanied by an adult.

Up to two pets allowed with permission ($75 fee applies)

No pets allowed on furniture

Pets may not be left alone on the property

Additional fees may apply if house rules are not followed.
